We run a thorough inspection documenting all damage found. We will show you everything documented. We will go over your best option as far as If enough damage is found. We will then begin the process of helping you file with your insurance company.

We help you Contact your insurance immediately to initiates the claims process which allows you to understand the specific steps involved.
We will Provide details about the storm and damage to property.
Gather your policy information: Have your policy number ready when we contact the insurer.
We will then help explain to your insurance what all damage was found.

We Take photos and videos: Capture the damage from various angles, both inside (if damage is present) and outside your home.
We Create a detailed list: Itemizing all damaged related to storm. 

We will Be present during the adjuster's inspection to insure all is documented.
Provide all requested documentation: We share our photos with the adjuster if needed.
We Communicate clearly with you to  Ensure you understand the adjuster's findings and the proposed settlement.
Once you recieve the offer we will Review the settlement offer: Compare the offer with our finding of damage and documentation, and then will be prepared to start work if all finding or accurate and all damage is being covered.

 Once we're satisfied with the settlement, and supplement process is complete (if needed) we move forward with the repairs.



 

As the repairs are being done, we will take photos along the process assuring the job site says clean and done in a timely manner keeping in touch with you the entire time , upon the completion of the repairs Photos are submitted in to insurance proving repairs were completed.
